In light of recent events surrounding COVID-19, we want to ensure that our customers continue to receive the first class service set out by Poseidon Navigation Services.

As an International Admiralty Chart Agent, we are able to offer various solutions for your requirements without interruption. Along with paper charts and publications, we can provide digital options such as AVCS, ARCS, ADP and e-NP as well as  IMO and Witherby’s Seamanship Library digital equivalent to mandatory publications that you may need over the coming weeks , we would be recommending digital as a way forward.

We are able to maintain despatch of paper based orders for the time being . With a limited IMO paper stock  due to a sudden closure of their warehouse, other suppliers working with minimal staff and given the uncertain circumstances Coronavirus poses, we advise you to seek digital options where possible. Some challenges that this pandemic has brought include delays from couriers, closure of some ports and countries borders therefore once orders have left our warehouse we are unable to predict how long goods will remain in transit.

The majority of our customers are paperless, however those seeking to go digital can be certain to have the assistance from our team to ensure a smooth transition. 

Utilising the Challenger Route Planning tool will allow you to make direct orders for your British Admiralty digital products where permits are received instantly and business can remain uninterrupted by factors that are out with our control.
